PROJECT EXECUTION & MONITING - AND Billing

§ Preparation of work program as per BoQ

§ Identification of Resource and mobilization of - Manpower, Materials & Machine/ Tools.

§ Responsible for TIMELY execution of ACTIVITY as per Project Plan

§ Monitoring QUALITY for all types of work

§ Daily planning and scheduling of work activity.

§ Manage and supervise the repair & reconstruction work.

§ Reporting of DPR with support of Site Engineer

§ Co-coordinating with Accountant for project expenses.

§ Co-coordinating with Site Engineer / Contractor for smooth running of project.

§ Enhance productivity / output of workers

§ Co-coordinating with Client, PMC and Consultant for smooth running of project

PROCURMENT:

§ Coordinate & Arrangement of necessary local resources (Manpower & Material) to execute the project.

§ Coordinate and mobilize the local and outside TEAM of Carpenter; Mason; Electrician; Plumber; Fabrication.

§ Negotiation with Sub-contractor / Vendors

MACHINE & STORE MAINTAINANCE

§ Keep Record of Stock / Assets / Tools / Equipment etc
