Civil Site Supervisor

§ Ensure a consistently high standard of work is produced in accordance with specification and quality standards through regular quality inspections with sub-contractors.

§ Guide and supervise the work of contractor/sub-contractor/labour on a daily basis.

§ 100% execution of all day to day task given by superior.

§ Ensure material testing before its usage i.e. cement, steel road & other.

§ Make sure to execute work as per the define parameters of quality and quantity.

§ Monitor and observing to all electrical equipment are working condition. (E.g. Tube light, FAN, Water Bore etc.)

§ Purchase of some hardware product as per the requirement and detail share to the supervisor.

§ Attendance taken on daily basis of contractors

§ Reporting to HOD of day to day work.

§ Make sure all the labours are following the safety rules.

§ Coordination with any vendors if needed at site if require.

§ Prepared checklist of any kind of raw material received at site and also checks quality & quantity of material before use.

§ Ensure all work is completed on time.

§ Carrying out safety inspections and fulfilling the health, safety and welfare responsibilities as detailed in the Company’s Policy and in compliance.

§ Any other task given by the management.
