Client Relationship Executive

Key Responsibility :

* Responsible for creating & maintaining relationship with customer. 

* Responsible for resolving customer queries and providing quick service. 

* Responsible for updating customer about his purchased product. 

* Responsible for pitching customer for new product and/or coverage that needs to be increased. 

* Responsible for client meet & Client engagement. 

* Responsible for identifying opportunities for expanding business with current clients and generating new leads through client referrals.
