Job Description

Job Overview:

The Client Coordination Executive will be responsible for managing client communication, supporting recruitment operations, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients, recruiters, and candidates. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on maintaining service quality and improving client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Support:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing hiring queries and providing regular updates.
  • Support clients to meet their recruitment and staffing objectives.

Operational Assistance:

  • Assist in implementing recruitment processes and service standards.
  • Troubleshoot coordination and operational issues related to hiring.

Onboarding & Training Coordination:

  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new clients and candidates.
  • Ensure all parties understand recruitment workflows and expectations.

Compliance & Process Adherence:

  • Ensure all recruitment activities follow company policies and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Communication:

  • Act as a communication bridge between clients, recruiters, and internal teams.
  • Share updates, changes, and hiring progress clearly.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Track hiring status, interview progress, and closures.
  • Share regular reports with management and clients.

Issue Resolution:

  • Handle client concerns, candidate issues, and process delays professionally.
  • Work to resolve issues quickly to avoid disruption.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Maintain trust through consistent communication and follow-ups.

Business Support & Growth:

  • Support account growth, client retention, and new client onboarding.
  • Assist in business development activities when required.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Collect client feedback and suggest process improvements.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 1 year in recruitment coordination, client servicing, or similar role.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and conflict-handling skills.
  • Organization: Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients.
  • Process Knowledge: Understanding of recruitment lifecycle is an advantage.
  • Customer Focus: Strong service mindset.
  • Tech Skills: CRM/ATS, MS Office, Email & Reporting tools.
