HIRING FOR NIGHT SHIFT, PREFERRED LOCATION- AHMEDABAD, GUJARAT

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused Service Delivery Associate – Operations to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 3 years of experience who have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering excellent service. You will be working closely with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth IT service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage service requests, incidents, and escalations through the ticketing system.
  • Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and customers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Provide clear and professional updates via email and calls to all stakeholders.
  • Track SLAs and ensure service commitments are met.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all service activities.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Prepare basic reports on daily/weekly operational performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
  • Basic understanding of IT concepts (training will be provided).
  • Good problem-solving and coordination abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Flexible to work in night shifts and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

  • Prior exposure to IT service desk or operations environment.
