Cluster Head

• Responsible for managing and guiding the team to acquire HNI (High Net-Worth Individual) clients.

• Maintain strong client relationships and generate AUM (Assets Under Management) from preferred clients.

• Support the team in advising affluent clients on investments and managing their overall financial portfolio, while also deepening the wallet share from existing clients.

• Coordinate with the product and research teams to make informed investment decisions for clients.

• Conduct and assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and other business development initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of team handling experience in a Broking or Wealth Management setup.

Prior experience in Wealth Management is mandatory.

• Postgraduate qualification is required.

• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor are preferred.
