Cluster Head (Business Growth & Strategy)


We’re looking for a Cluster Head to lead growth, own strategy, and build revenue engines across key cities.

In this role, you won't just manage – you'll lead from the front, taking ownership of everything from sales operations and customer success to P&L and regional expansion.


Who We’re Looking For:

  • A results-driven professional with:
  • 7+ years of experience in SaaS, Service Sales, or Marketplace businesses,

OR

  • 8+ years in Collections or Operations Management
  • Proven experience in team leadership, strategy execution, and revenue ownership
  • A strong commercial mindset with hands-on experience in building and scaling teams
  • Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and decision-making skills
  • Willingness to travel across the assigned cluster for on-ground team support and performance tracking


What You’ll Do:

  • Define and implement growth strategies tailored to your cluster
  • Lead and manage teams across Sales, Customer Success, and Operations
  • Take full ownership of the cluster P&L, revenue targets, and cost control
  • Build and maintain local partnerships and channel relationships
  • Work closely with national leadership to align regional goals with overall business objectives
  • Monitor performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and resolve bottlenecks
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience and retention
