Cluster Manager

Key Responsibilities:

* 5 To 7 years of Experience in team handling.

*Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.

*Monitor team performance, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports to management.

*Identify new market opportunities and support the team in closing key deals

*Recruit, onboard, and train new sales staff as needed.

*Experience Required: B2B Sales, Direct Sales And Field sales Handling
