CNC Machine Operator And Programmer

We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator & Programmer who can independently handle machine operations, programming, and basic production planning. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, planning ability, and experience in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines (Turning / Milling) efficiently

• Create and modify CNC programs (G-code / M-code)

• Set up machines, tools, and fixtures

• Read and understand engineering drawings

• Ensure quality and accuracy of finished parts

• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting

• Plan daily production as per orders and priority

• Manage job scheduling and optimize machine utilization

• Coordinate with team to meet production targets on time
