CNC Operator / CNC Programmer

We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator/Programmer who can independently manufacture mechanical components as per engineering drawings. The candidate should have strong knowledge of CNC machining, programming, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Operate CNC Lathe / VMC machines efficiently
• Read and interpret engineering drawings
• Create and edit CNC programs (G-code & M-code)
• Perform tool setting and offset adjustments
• Conduct first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks
• Maintain required production targets
• Perform basic machine maintenance 

Core Requirement:- Candidate must be capable of manufacturing the following parts:

• Shafts, Bushes, Sleeves
• Flanges and round components
• Internal and external threading
• Drilling, Tapping, and Boring operations
• Step turning and taper turning
• Simple fixture-based components
• Precision parts with tight tolerances (up to ±0.01 mm)

Technical Skills Required:-

• CNC programming (Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi controls)
• Strong knowledge of G-code & M-code
• Ability to use measuring instruments (Vernier caliper, micrometer, bore gauge)
• Good understanding of engineering drawings (2D)
• Basic knowledge of GD&T
