Job Description
We’re hiring a Commis Chef to support daily kitchen operations, assist in food prep and cooking, and maintain high standards of hygiene and quality. You’ll work closely with senior chefs to learn station work, follow recipes/SOPs, and help with service execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prep ingredients (mise-en-place) and assist during service
- Follow recipes, portioning, and plating standards
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and proper storage (FIFO)
- Assist with stock receiving, labeling, and basic inventory tasks
- Support the team with setup, cleaning, and closing duties
