Job Title: Computer Hardware & Network Engineer

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Job Description :We are a 25-year-old company and are looking for a skilled and dedicated Computer Hardware & Network Engineer to join our team in Ahmedabad. The role involves handling field calls and in-house office calls, troubleshooting hardware and network issues, and providing technical support to clients.

The candidate should be willing to work with the company for at least one year and follow company rules and policies.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle computer hardware and network-related issues.
• Perform basic laptop fitting, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Attend field calls and in-house office support calls.
• Diagnose and resolve system, printer, and network problems.
• Install and configure desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Maintain service reports and client records.
• Follow office guidelines and service protocols.
• Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience as a Computer Hardware Engineer is mandatory.
• Minimum 12th pass education required.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and laptop repairs.
• Must have a valid driving license (field work involved).
• Willing to handle both field and office work.
• Ready to commit for a minimum of one year.
• Eligibility:Only male candidates are preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Responsible and disciplined attitude.
