Construction / Site Supervisor

Daily Work

• Conduct morning meetings to review todays tasks and yesterdays achievements
• Check work quality and ensure all work is completed as per approved drawings
• Prepare and send DPR (Daily Progress Report) to the Project Manager
• Share next day planning and work schedule
• Update important work lists and daily progress with the Manager
• Follow up on job list activities and ensure timely completion
• Monitor day-to-day site cleaning and housekeeping
• Control and monitor material wastage at site
• Ensure work is completed as per checklist requirements
• Fill and maintain activity-wise checklists for all site work

Weekly Work

• Review weekly targets and achievements
• Conduct weekly meetings with contractors to discuss targets and progress
• Monitor project bar chart and work schedules
• Ensure weekly work progress is aligned with project timelines

Monthly Work

• Review monthly targets and achievements
• Track overall site progress against monthly planning
• Report key project updates and pending work to management

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Must have experience in the Construction Industry
• Preference will be given to candidates with Residential Project experience
• Good knowledge of site execution, quality control, and project coordination
• Strong follow-up and reporting skills
• Ability to handle contractors and monitor daily site activities
• Basic knowledge of drawings, DPR preparation, and checklist management
