Biometa Polypack is looking for a smart, confident, and camera-friendly marketing presenter who can clearly demonstrate the strength, durability, and real-life usability of our carry bags and packaging products.

This role is focused on proof-based visual marketing—showing actual weight capacity, real products, and practical applications through short, engaging video reels. The objective is to help dealers, retailers, and end customers instantly understand which bag is suitable for which purpose.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Presentation

• Create short-form video reels (15–45 seconds) for:

o Instagram

o WhatsApp

o Facebook

o YouTube Shorts

• Independently present, shoot, and assist in publishingvideo content

• Demonstrate products using real items and actual measured weights

(1 kg, 2 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg, 15 kg, etc.)

Product Demonstration

• Clearly explain in each video:

o Product / bag type and size

o Weight-bearing capacity

o Ideal application (grocery, vegetables, sweets, garments, medicines, etc.)

• Ensure clear weight visibility on screen using:

o Digital weighing scale

o Text overlays / visual labels

o  

Communication & Engagement

• Present confidently in Hindi, English, or Hinglish, depending on audience

• Maintain a professional, trustworthy, and relatable on-camera presence

• Create basic scripts, captions, hooks, and storytelling for reels

• Support retakes, variations, and improvisation for better clarity and impact

Coordination

• Work closely with the marketing team on:

o Content ideas

o Messaging

o Shooting schedules

o Continuous improvement of formats

Required Skills & Qualities

• Fluent spoken Hindi & English (Hinglish is a strong advantage)

• High confidence and comfort in front of the camera

• Clear diction, expressive delivery, and positive body language

• Presentable appearance suitable for brand representation

• Ability to explain product benefits simply, clearly, and convincingly

• Basic understanding of short-form social media content

• Ability to handle end-to-end execution:

o Reel creation

o Basic video editing

o Posting on social media platforms

Preferred 

Prior experience as:

o Presenter

o Influencer

o Anchor

o Product demonstrator

• Familiarity with packaging, retail, FMCG, or B2B products

• Experience appearing in or creating reels / short-form videos
