🔹 Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Resume / Content Writer to create high-quality resumes, cover letters, and professional content for candidates targeting the US job market. The ideal candidate should have strong English writing skills and a clear understanding of ATS-friendly resumes.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Create and optimize ATS-compliant resumes for US-based roles

Write cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, and professional summaries

Customize resumes as per Job Descriptions (JD matching)

Understand IT & Non-IT roles and tailor content accordingly

Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for content requirements

Ensure error-free, well-structured, and impactful content

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent English writing and communication skills

Basic understanding of US job market & resume standards

Knowledge of ATS keywords and formatting

Attention to detail and strong editing skills

Ability to work in US night shift

Freshers with good writing skills are welcome

🔹 Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience in resume writing / content writing / HR content

Familiarity with IT roles (BA, DA, DE, DS, SDE, etc.)

LinkedIn profile optimization experience
