Job Description
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and provide recommendations when required.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and as per standard service guidelines.
- Ensure tables are clean, set, and well-prepared for guests.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge about the menu, ingredients, and promotions.
- Address guest queries, requests, and complaints politely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Process billing, handle payments, and maintain accuracy in transactions.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and grooming standards.
- Maintain cleanliness in service areas and assist in closing/opening duties.
