Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month + Food Allowance

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Cook specializing in Chinese cuisine to join our restaurant team in Ahmedabad. The candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing Chinese dishes and maintaining quality and consistency in food preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook Chinese dishes as per standard recipes
• Maintain taste, quality, and presentation of food
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• Manage kitchen stock and ingredients efficiently
• Follow food safety and kitchen guidelines

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a Cook (preferably in Chinese cuisine)
• Basic knowledge of Chinese recipes and cooking techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
