Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Employment Type: Full-time

Role & Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads (calls, WhatsApp, inquiries)
• Qualify leads based on interest and eligibility
• Regular follow-ups with students/prospects
• Explain course details, fees, and batch schedules
• Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions
• Maintain lead data and follow-up records in Excel/CRM
• Achieve monthly admission targets

Skills Required

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
• Strong follow-up and convincing ability
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp)
• Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset

Eligibility

• Freshers or candidates with experience in
• Admissions / Counselling / Sales / Tele - calling
• Training will be provided
