Counter Sales Executive

Job Role: Gawrath Sales Promoter – Wow Nandi

Key Responsibilities:

1. Promote Wow Nandi products at assigned Gawrath locations.
2. Actively approach customers and explain product features, benefits, and usage.
3. Generate daily sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
4. Maintain daily sales reports accurately and submit them on time.
5. Handle cash/card/UPI transactions responsibly and ensure zero mismatch.
6. Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the Gawrath cart.
7. Ensure product stock availability and inform the supervisor for refill in advance.
8. Follow attendance, reporting, and grooming standards strictly.
9. Behave professionally with customers and represent the brand positively.
10. Immediately report any issue, complaint, loss, or discrepancy to the reporting manager.

Eligibility & Skills:

• Basic communication skills.
• Customer handling and sales experience preferred.
• Honest, disciplined, and target-oriented.

Work Location: Assigned Gawrath Outlet - Vastrapur, Kankaria, Bopal, Adalaj, Airport, Ghatlodia

Reporting To: Sales Supervisor / Sales Manager
