Position: Counter Sales Executive
Education: 10th to Graduate

Salary : 13000 to 15000/CTC + Incentive
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service & Sales
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate grocery and gourmet products.
- Explain product features, prices, offers, and promotions clearly.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints politely and promptly.
2. Billing & Cash Handling
- Operate the POS/billing system accurately.
- Ensure correct billing, payment collection (cash, card, UPI, etc.), and receipt generation.
- Maintain proper cash register balance and assist in daily cash reconciliation.
