Crew Member

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Greet customers with a friendly attitude and ensure prompt service.
• Take customer orders accurately and suggest menu items or combos.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints politely and efficiently.

Food & Beverage Preparation:

• Prepare beverages (coffee, tea, shakes, etc.) and food items as per standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Ensure consistent product quality and portion control.
• Follow standard operating procedures for food handling and preparation.

Operations & Hygiene:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the café, including tables, counters, and equipment.
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols.
• Ensure daily stock replenishment and assist in inventory management.

Cash & Billing:

• Handle billing, cash, and digital payments responsibly.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and report discrepancies if any.

Teamwork & Support:

• Coordinate with other team members for smooth operations during rush hours.
• Support the kitchen or service counter as required.
• Participate in training and team meetings to improve performance and knowledge.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or Graduate (preferred).

• 0–2 years of experience in the Food & Beverage / Café / QSR industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with customer-centric behavior.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and hygiene standards (preferred).
• Work Environment: Fast-paced café environment.
• Requires standing for extended periods.
• Shift-based role (morning/evening).
