Job Title: CRM Executive – Real Estate

Job Summary:

A CRM Executive in the real estate industry is responsible for managing customer relationships, handling client queries, maintaining databases, and ensuring smooth communication between buyers, sellers, and internal teams. The role focuses on improving customer satisfaction and supporting sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain customer data in CRM software
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and queries
• Follow up with leads and existing clients for updates and feedback
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and site teams
• Schedule site visits and client meetings
• Ensure timely communication regarding bookings, payments, and documentation
• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Generate reports on customer interactions, leads, and conversions
• Maintain proper documentation of all client communications

Required Skills:

Qualifications:
