Summary:
As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and ensuring project success.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications
- Act as the primary point of contact for application-related queries
- Provide guidance and support to the development team
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .NET Architecture, C# Programming Language, Microsoft Azure PaaS, Angular
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable applications
- Knowledge of cloud-based application development
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in .NET Architecture
- This position is based at our Pune office
- A 15 years full-time education is required

Strong communication skills. Track record of leading the development team. Code reviews
Experiences in how to measure and ensure code quality metrics are met
Strong in coding best practices, defensive coding, clean coding, architecture / software development principles, architecture patterns
Github/CICD skill
Strong version control experience with Github, github action. PR and commit and merging process, understanding common branch strategies
Setting up github action yml to perform various PR checks
Tech stack
Primary:
c#, .net core 6+, angular/typescript, entity framework 6+, Oauth 2.0 Authorization flow
Cloud first development (Azure, app service/function/containers, service bus, events, storage, redis, etc)
GenAI skill strongly plus
worked with Open AI / Azure Open AI APIs - summarization, embedding,
LLM models, prompt engineering
Python to develop GenAI solutions
AI foundry - model deployment, evaluation,
Agentic framework (nice to have)
