Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components across various systems or applications, and collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile methodologies. You will also participate in discussions to understand requirements and contribute to the overall project goals, ensuring that the solutions align with the business objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior professionals to foster their growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Experience with ITIL processes and frameworks. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. - Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - This position is based at our Ahmedabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
