Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into technical specifications. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, ensuring that the applications developed align with the strategic goals of the organization while maintaining a focus on user experience and functionality.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Translate high-level business goals into technical requirements.
- Skilled in building and deploying high-performing marketing campaigns using Content builder, journey Builder, Automation Studio.
- Good knowledge on SQL, AMPScript, SSJS, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Build responsive email templates and CloudPages using AMPScript.
- Configure complex workflows in Automation Studio and Journey Builder, including custom Split activities and API-triggered entries.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and user segmentation.
- Experience with data integration and API management.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and techniques.
- Ability to analyze and interpret marketing data to drive decision-making.
- Certifications: SFMC Consultant, SFMC Email Specialist and SFMC Admin certifications are good to have and preferred.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization.
- This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
