As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands continuous alignment of development efforts with overarching business goals, ensuring that solutions are robust, scalable, and maintain high performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders and managing multiple priorities to drive successful project outcomes are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards and best practices within the team.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.
- Experience in managing code quality, performance optimization, and scalability considerations in software projects.
- Ability to lead and coordinate development teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Competence in troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing effective solutions.
