Position: “Customer Support Executive”


Job description:

Handle the queries from the customer and solve their issues.

The executive will be only single point contact for customers,

so, the below skills are must.

- Empathy towards the customer

- Problem Solving Skills

- Good Communication skills

-Minimum Edu – 10+2 / Diploma.

-Rotational shift (Morning and Evening shift) will be there.

-Good Communication Skills with English and Hindi

-Typing speed should be good


-Only one side cab given for evening shift
