Job Description

The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing and resolving dispenser-related queries, addressing customer complaints, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and the service team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Handle all customer queries related to dispensers, operations, and troubleshooting.
  • Register, track, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with the service engineers and technical team to arrange visits, video calls, or technical assessments.
  • Follow up with customers and service teams to ensure issues are resolved within the defined timelines.
  • Maintain proper documentation of complaints, service reports, and customer communication.
  • Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their service requests.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering quick and effective support solutions.
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly reports of open cases, closed cases, and pending issues.
  • Assist in improving service processes based on recurring issues and customer feedback.
  • Maintain CRM or service logs accurately and systematically.
  • Ensure all communication follows company policies and maintains professional standards.
