About the Role

Tech Mahindra is hiring Customer Support Associates for its E-Commerce Voice Process in Ahmedabad. This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about customer service and effective communication. The associate will handle inbound customer calls and provide timely, accurate solutions to customer queries.


Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls for the E-Commerce voice process

• Address customer inquiries related to orders, payments, delivery, returns, and refunds

• Provide accurate information and ensure first-call resolution

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication

• Document customer interactions and update records accurately

• Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required

• Adhere to process  guidelines, quality standards, and shift schedules

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: 10+2 / Diploma / Any Graduate (completed)

• Experience: Freshers preferred

• Languages: English and Hindi (mandatory)

• Typing Speed: Minimum 25 WPM with 85% accuracy

• Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts


Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Strong customer empathy and service orientation

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to manage end-to-end customer interactions

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment


Compensation & Benefits

• CTC: ₹2.27 LPA

• Monthly Salary: ₹15,500 – ₹18,000 (approx.)
