Customer Care Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience and process efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate / 12th pass with good communication skills.
• Proven experience as a Telecaller / Customer Care Executive preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and Gujarati (English is an advantage).
• Strong computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM handling preferred).
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
