*Job Overview:*

We are looking to hire a dedicated staff member to support the Kem-Cho Campaign by managing prescription data and ensuring accurate entry of medical information into Excel systems. This role will bridge coordination between the OPD team and call center operations to strengthen campaign efficiency.

The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of medical terminology to interpret prescriptions accurately. A background in medical transcription will be an added advantage.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Collect and collate prescription pictures shared by the OPD team.

Accurately perform data entry of each prescription in Excel or other designated systems.

Ensure data consistency and accuracy in prescription records.

Maintain an organized and accessible database for all call center staff to support the Kem-Cho campaign.

Participate in out-calling activities related to the Kem-Cho campaign, as directed.

Potentially assist in transcribing EMRs (Electronic Medical Records) for select high-value consultants to facilitate entries through the CPOE tracker.

Coordinate with OPD and call center teams to streamline data flow and campaign processes.

Requirements:

Graduate (preferably in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields).

Basic understanding of medical terms and prescriptions is essential.

Prior experience in medical transcription, data entry, or healthcare BPO preferred.

Good proficiency in MS Excel and data handling.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.

Additional Information:

This role does not involve standard call center responsibilities.

The candidate will, however, contribute to outbound calling activities specific to the Kem-Cho campaign.
