What you'll do
Skill required: Customer Support - Non Voice / Voice (BFSI/Internation)
Designation: Associate / Sr. associate
Qualifications: HSC / Any Graduation
Language: English & Hindi
Years of Experience: Freshers can apply (Bulk Hiring)
What would you do?
You will be aligned with our Customer Support vertical and help us in managing/ resolving customer queries related to pre or post travel worldwide, handling escalations and complaints of the dissatisfied customers & giving best resolutions. You will also be responsible for closing the fault and complaints within SLA's.
