We're looking for a passionate Customer Relationship Manager to be the heartbeat of our client experience and elevate the personal touch we bring to every interaction.
Role OverviewAs a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM), you’ll be the key point of contact for our clients—parents, guardians, and caregivers—guiding them through their fashion journey with us. Your goal will be to build long-term relationships, ensure satisfaction, and tailor our services to each family’s unique style and needs.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and our styling team.
- Understand each family’s preferences, lifestyle, and fashion goals to deliver personalized consultancy services.
- Coordinate fitting sessions, wardrobe planning, and seasonal updates.
- Monitor and track customer feedback and satisfaction metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to enhance the customer journey and communication touchpoints.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, or special requests with a problem-solving, empathetic approach.
- Use CRM tools to document interactions, update client profiles, and identify opportunities for growth or upselling.
- QualificationsProven experience in customer service, relationship management, or a client-facing role—preferably in fashion, retail, or lifestyle sectors.
- Passion for children’s fashion, trends, and styling.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Strong emotional intelligence and a natural ability to build rapport.
- Proficient in CRM software and comfortable using digital tools to manage relationships.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Nice to HaveBackground in fashion styling, especially children’s wear.
- Experience working with high-touch or luxury clientele.
- Familiarity with family-oriented marketing or product development.
