Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, positive, and spiritually inclined Telecaller who can communicate effectively with clients and guide them about our services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a learning mindset, and the ability to build trust with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services.

• Handle inbound calls and respond to client inquiries politely.

• Schedule appointments for consultations.

• Maintain customer records and follow-ups in CRM.

• Build strong and positive relationships with clients.

• Achieve daily and monthly call and appointment targets.

• Maintain professionalism and represent the company values.

Required Skills & Qualities

• Good communication and convincing ability.

• Spiritual mindset and respect for spiritual or astrology-related services.

• Tech-savvy – comfortable using CRM, computer systems, and digital tools.

• Positive attitude with good energy while speaking with clients.

• High grasping power to quickly understand services and client needs.

• Learning attitude and willingness to improve skills regularly.

• Ability to handle customer objections calmly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Minimum  Graduate preferred.

• Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
