Customer Relations Specialist

Role: Collection Executive / CRE

We’re looking for a dedicated and results-driven Collection Executive/CRE to join our Lending team. You’ll be responsible for engaging with existing and potential customers to boost loan collections and disbursements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers to explain loan products and services.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls related to loans and collections.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Maintain and update customer information regularly.
• Resolve loan or collection-related queries professionally.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely repayments and closure.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good telephone etiquette and convincing ability.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain customer relationships.
