Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Customer Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will ensure customer satisfaction, handle client queries, and drive customer retention and business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers

Act as the main point of contact for client communication

Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively

Understand client needs and recommend suitable products/services

Monitor customer accounts and identify growth opportunities

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, support)

Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems

Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction

Prepare reports on customer interactions and feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Proven experience in customer service or relationship management

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in sales or account management

Knowledge of customer lifecycle management

Analytical skills for interpreting customer data
