Job Description
CRM Executive to manage customer data, handle customer follow-ups, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate CRM records, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting sales and service operations.
- Maintain and update customer details in the CRM system accurately
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for follow-ups
- Coordinate with sales, service, insurance, and claims teams
- Track customer inquiries, complaints, and resolutions
- Schedule service reminders, follow-up calls, and feedback calls
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports
- Ensure proper documentation and data confidentiality
- Support customer retention and satisfaction initiatives
