Responsibilities and Duties 1. Experience in handling US clients. 2. Should be able to handle outbound calls related to customers' requests, queries, and complaints. 3. Prepare basic daily reports. 4. Effective problem-solving skills like decision-making, and time management. 5. Raise awareness of the campaign to the clients. 6. Should be fluent in English with excellent verbal & communication skills.
