Customer Support Associate


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Planning and Escalation management - Own and track key operational metrics across End-to-End Supply Chain network - Plant, OEM, Factory, Warehouse, First Mile, Middle Mile, Last Mile, Returns.
  • Work closely with Operations (Warehouse & Transport), Planning, Design, Process control, Sales and Last mile & First mile team to ensure smooth operations on a day-to-day basis.
  • Undertake ad hoc and peak planning in coordination with Sales and Operation teams.
  • Resolve Client escalation by conducting RCA in coordination with other teams with respect to Speed, RTO, Breach and other client metrics which is impacting performance.
  • Conduct periodic Business performance reviews along with Operations and Sales teams for key accounts and drive Process Improvement based on review feedback.
