We are looking for a responsible and committed team member to support our day-to-day operations. This is a no sales target, no pressure job focused on coordination and customer communication.
Your Role:
- Attend customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media ads
- Share product information and help customers place their orders
- Coordinate with internal staff for smooth packaging and dispatch
- Book parcels with courier partners and track deliveries
- Maintain order data, invoices, and basic documentation
- Provide polite after-sales support and resolve simple queries
- Respond to leads from Facebook/Instagram ads and WhatsApp Catalog
