Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Executive for our GST/ITR verification Process. The selected candidates will be coordinating with the customer for their GST/ITR verification process. This process is done when the customer had taken loan from any back for their professional & personal use.
☑️ No sales or convincing involved – this is a support and verification role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound/ Inbound calls to customers for GST/ITR verification.
- Provide accurate guidance and support to complete the verification process.
- Maintain call quality and data confidentiality.
- Coordinate with internal teams for any escalations.
Requirements:
- Good English communication skills (verbal).
- Fresher’s with good communication are welcome.
- Should be comfortable with On-call customer interaction.
Salary Range: ₹12,500 – ₹15,500 per month (+ Incentives)
