Job Title -- Customer Support Associate

Location -- Nehru Nagar, Ahmedabad

Process -- E-Commerce (Voice Support)

Salary -- Rs. 15500 - 18000 Per Month

Qualification -- 12th Pass or Above

Job Responsibility --

·    Handling basic customer queries related to Ecommerce Company and providing customer resolution.

·    Strong communication, interpersonal, and comprehension skills.

·    Providing support to Domestic (Indian) customers.

·    Willingness to work in Rotational Shift

✔ Ability to manage end-to-end customer interactions

* Freshers preferred

* Languages: English & Hindi

* Typing Speed: 25 WPM with 85% accuracy

* Comfortable with rotational & night shifts
