What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand concerns and provide quick resolutions.
• Analyze customer feedback and data to identify improvement areas.
• Educate customers on product features and updates.
• Track retention KPIs and support initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience or strong interest in customer support and retention.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM practices.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
