Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Ahmedabad)

Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Support Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a customer support role and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities: -

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Provide product information and support to customers via phone, email, and chat
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer needs are met
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
• Assist with customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Qualifications: -

• Graduation is mandatory
• 0-1 years of experience in a customer support role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities

Languages: Hindi or Gujarati is mandatory
