About Infinator Pvt. Ltd.Fast-growing multi-brand company with Merlion Naturals (health supplements), Bizpressions (food ingredients), Epitizer (perfumes), and other brands across Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify stores, and B2B trading. We need a dedicated Customer Service Executive to own all customer happiness.

Role OverviewHandle all customer queries, complaints, returns, and support across ecommerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, 1mg, Distacart), webstores, and B2B clients. Work closely with Ecommerce Executive, Warehouse, and Sales team to resolve issues quickly and keep customers returning.

Reports to: Sales & CS Lead / Founder

  • What You'll Do (Daily Tasks)Respond to customer queries (calls, WhatsApp, emails, marketplace messages) within 2–4 hours across all channels.
  • Manage returns/refunds: Verify eligibility, coordinate with warehouse, process with Finance.
  • Escalate product quality issues to Production/Warehouse with clear documentation.
  • Track order status and update customers (delays, shipping updates, FBA issues).
  • Prepare daily CS report: Total queries, resolution %, escalations, common issues.
  • Template responses for FAQs (leakage, expiry, wrong item, delivery delays).

Weekly:

  • Review customer satisfaction trends (reviews, complaint types).
  • Meet Ecommerce team to fix listing issues causing repeated complaints.
  • Update FAQ database based on new customer pain points.

What We Need From YouMust‑have skills:

  • 1–3 years handling customer queries (ecommerce/call center preferred).
  • Fluent spoken/written English + Hindi (Gujarati bonus).
  • Comfortable with phone, WhatsApp, email communication.
  • Basic Excel for logging complaints and reports.
  • Calm under pressure, good problem‑solving.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Amazon/Flipkart seller panels (buyer messages).
  • Familiarity with health supplements, cosmetics, food products.

Education: Any graduate (communication skills > degree).
