Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Female Only)

Location: Panchvati, Ahmedabad

Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team at Panchvati, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in customer service and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This role requires handling customer queries efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.

Provide accurate information about products and services.

Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.

Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support or a similar role.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, CRM tools).

Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.

Eligibility Criteria:

Female candidates only.

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
