Job Type: Full-time, Rotational Shifts (Including Evening Shifts) Day Shift for Females.

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Freshers for the position of E-commerce Customer Support Executive in our voice process. The role involves handling calls from customers or clients, addressing their queries, and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and assist customers with their inquiries and issues.
• Provide clear and effective resolutions to customer queries.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Empathy towards customers and a willingness to help.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Minimum education requirement: 10+2 or a completed diploma.
• Comfortable with rotational shifts, including Evening shifts (Evening Shift cab provided for Drop).

• Cab facility for Evening shifts (one side).
