Customer Support Executive

Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Support Executive to join our team in

Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience in a customer support role and will

be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This position requires excellent

communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

- Provide product information and support to customers via phone, email, and chat

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer needs are met

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members

- Assist with customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience

Qualifications:
