Job Description

We are hiring a Client Support Service Executive to handle client communication, payment follow-ups, firm billing, basic accounting support, and internal HR coordination. The role involves working closely with and reporting directly to the Partner of the firm. Suitable for BBA/MBA graduates seeking growth in a CA firm environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Client communication via phone and email

• Payment follow-ups and billing coordination

• Support basic accounting and HR activities

• Coordinate with internal teams and provide client updates

• Maintain records and documentation

• Work closely with and report to the Firm Partner

Requirements

• BBA / MBA preferred

• Good communication skills

• Languages: Hindi, Gujarati, English

• Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
