Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our support team as a Customer Support Executive (Voice Process). In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls to resolve queries, provide information, and ensure a high-quality service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
  • Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in [language(s)]
  • Previous experience in a voice-based customer service role is preferred
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and remain calm under pressure
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends if required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience
